Ways to fish?

Boat, Kayak, Jetski and land based fishing are all accepted. No speared fish will be accepted as the fish must be caught on a lure and any mutilated fish will be disqualified. 

Rules

1. All fish must be entered through the Daiwa Tournament App on the NZ Lure Masters Measure Mat.
2. No mutilated or processed fish will be accepted.
3. No fish taken with nets, long lines or spear.
4. No fish caught on bait will be accepted.
5. Judges decision will be final.
6. Organisers reserve the right to upgrade any prizes including the boat, motor, trailer, rods, reels and other prizes as they see fit to an equal or higher retail value.
7. The organisers and or venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry and serve alcohol to any one acting in a way that’s not in the spirit of the competition and or the law.
8. You must be a fully paid entrant to win any prizes.
9. All entrants must fish within their capabilities, it’s the skippers responsibility to look after himself and his crew.
10. The skipper must comply with all maritime laws.
11. We will not postpone or cancel the event, it will run regardless of weather and all prizes will be won.
12. Tickets are non refundable.
13. In the event of the Competition being cancelled we will advise of a new date closer to the time.
